Most systems combine a band label with a cup label, but the band scale and cup progression can change by region.

| System | Example labels | Use this chart when... |
|---|---|---|
| US | 34C, 36DD, 38DDD/F | US-style bands with DD or DDD/F cups |
| UK | 34D, 34E, 34FF | UK cups such as E, F, FF, G, GG |

Bra size charts are starting points. Band stretch, cup shape, wire width, and brand grading can all change how the same labeled size fits.
Use the calculator first if you have measurements. Use the chart when you already know the sizing system or want to compare labels across regions.
Cup progression is not standardized globally. For example, UK sizing commonly uses E, F, FF, and G, while many US brands use DD, DDD/F, and G differently.
